Locally know as Matt Black A Contemporary artist using various performing methods depending on the song the Venue and the crowd.  Playing Covers from the 60s 70s 80s 90s till now Matt Black is a versatile performer able to entertain

any audience playing a selection of songs chosen for their popularity and significance in the Musical landscape that we have today .

Some songs may just be acoustic and vocals but not travelling light

Mat will perform others on one of his 12 string or Electric Guitars.  

Apart from playing unaccompanied he may also build Live loops a fairly

new technique of building songs from the ground up live.  

 

Of Course Mat will also use the Odd pre made Bass and Drum backing

track or loop  when people are ready to dance, and for some more

complex songs a  more full backing may be used for Authenticity and  quench the Audience's thirst for Sound.

Mat  performs with passion with a good vocal range he is able to cover

the Sweetest Softest Ballads to the Hardest Gravelly Rock.  As guitarist

Matt is Rivalled by few Solo artists with the lead skills of a Veteran 80s

Hair band his style has developed to be on a par With some of the The Greats Like Carlos Santana Eddie Van Halen  Chuck Berry and Eric Clapton, of course Matt has Developed his own unique and recognisable style that when he chooses to let it out surely is a Highlight of his performances
